Tuesday was the last home soccer game for boys junior varsity and varsity. The game was also intertwined with senior night which the varsity was able to celebrate with a 4-0 victory over Kenowa Hills.

For captain Dima Poland, it was an emotional last game, “Finishing the last home game of my soccer career made me reflect on all the good times we all shared together as seniors. Some of the guys out there I have been playing with for almost eight to nine years. I’m just happy we could finish it out with another win”.

 

When: Tuesday, October 9

Where: Home soccer field

What: Last home soccer game against the Kenowa Hills Knights

Final Score: 4-0

Scoring goals were junior George Deveau, junior Clark Meston, senior Anthony Sowles, and freshman Hayden Yaros

Assists were made by Meston, Yaros, and freshman David McNiff

Parent Night: At halftime, all of the varsity soccer parents were honored and acknowledged and given a rose by their sons

Senior Night: Being the last home game, all of the seniors were also honored:
